We welcome all learners, regardless of their background or starting point. We’re committed to promoting, maintaining and supporting equal opportunities in everything we do.
We want all of our students to achieve their full potential, whilst growing in self-esteem and gaining respect for, and from, others. This is irrespective of gender, personal status, ethnic origin, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability or age.
We want to understand and celebrate the diversity of all our staff and students.
We are a secular College and our resources are dedicated to learning. No single faith is promoted by the College, or allowed to be promoted, at the expense of other faiths.
We do not provide dedicated facilities for faith groups, but we do allow for religious observance wherever and whenever possible.
We do not tolerate inequality or discrimination of any kind.

Talk about Faith
Our Talk about Faith team is a small, dynamic multi-faith group that exists to support students of all faiths – and none. They are the people to talk to if you have burning questions about religion, spirituality, politics, world events or any other ‘life’ questions. You can talk to them either as an individual, or if you’d prefer, as part of a group discussion.
The Talk about Faith team also gives students and staff the chance to talk through problems we all face at some point in our lives, such as bereavement or family issues.
