The College is a major contributor to the raising of educational achievement in Bristol. Our 2010 Ofsted report highlighted the following strengths:

While statistics show that the College is already achieving exceptional results, learner satisfaction surveys confirm that the learner journey is also very positive:

• 81% are confident they will achieve their qualification(s)
• 79% are satisfied with the teaching and learning
• 77% are satisfied with their current College experience
• 84% feel safe or very safe whilst at College

• learners are particularly impressed with the quality of the 'teaching and tutor support' they receive at College

High profile learning support and disability support are major factors in delivering the College’s policy of inclusive learning.

Being able to offer suitable progression routes for students is an essential element of the College's offer. Thus, we work hard at establishing links with businesses and universities across the city.
