- Learners like the high quality support they receive from teachers and support services
- Employers like the wide and flexible range of training on ofer that meets their needs well
Learner experience
While statistics show that the College is already achieving exceptional results, learner satisfaction surveys confirm that the learner journey is also very positive:
81% are confident they will achieve their qualification(s) - 79% are satisfied with the teaching and learning
- 77% are satisfied with their current College experience
- 84% feel safe or very safe whilst at College
- there is a consistent level of quality across all College centres
- learners are particularly impressed with the quality of the 'teaching and tutor support' they receive at College
'I really enjoyed studying at the College and had a fantastic tutor. The qualifications I have achieved have helped me to get an interesting job and it was brilliant to win the UK award for top IAB student in my exams last year.'

Learner support
High profile learning support and disability support are major factors in delivering the College’s policy of inclusive learning.
Being able to offer suitable progression routes for students is an essential element of the College's offer. Thus, we work hard at establishing links with businesses and universities across the city.
