Our Charity of the Year 2011
Voted for by students and staff, City of Bristol College is delighted to be supporting the Julian Trust Night Shelter as its Charity of the Year for 2011.
The Julian Trust Night Shelter, also known as the Bristol Night Shelter, is an emergency night shelter for homeless people in Bristol and is located in premises in Little Bishop Street, on the edge of St Pauls in Bristol.
We are very excited about our charity programme with the Julian Trust and are looking forward to a fun-filled fundraising year ahead when students and staff hope to smash our £10,000 fundraising target.

Charity events

The College has now run two craft fairs, which have raised over £1,500 for the Julian Trust. Many thanks to everyone who has helped out, booked a stall and donated gifts/books. Thank you also to all those who have come along and spent money.
Other fundraising efforts include members of staff running the Bristol 10k in May, raising £670; and collection tins, bringing the total raised for the Julian Trust to £4,607. This is nearly half way to our annual fundraising target of £10,000.
