SBSA for the community
Breathing new life into the south
South Bristol Skills Academy (SBSA) is a major part of the Hengrove Park redevelopment. As the first building in the complex to open for business, we’ve set the ball rolling. These are exciting times for south Bristol and we’re proud to be leading the way.
The Skills Academy offers a flexible and responsive approach to the learning needs of the local community. You can choose from a range of full-time, part-time and training opportunities that can lead to sustained employment or further study.
More than just a college
You can pop in to enrol on a course of course, and while you’re here...
How does £5.50 for a two-course lunch sound? Academy Brasserie offers a range of great quality dishes at affordable prices. Ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible – just one of the many reasons the food tastes so great.
Not hungry? Then maybe you want to unwind. SBSA salons offer indulgent pampering treatments that will leave you looking and feeling fantastic. From haircuts to facials and massages to manicures, the treatments (and prices) will enhance your well-being.
Looking for a venue?
The building has already been used to host a number of events. So far it’s been used to shoot a music video, provided a filming location and held live music events. It’s also played host to CBI question time, training events, jobs fairs and a south Bristol stakeholder forum.
It’s more than just a College centre. So if you have an event coming up, whether it’s a conference or wedding, SBSA may be your perfect location. Find out more about venue hire in Bristol.
