As a student at City of Bristol College you are automatically provided with a college email account. Your student email address is your studentid@stumail.cityofbristol.ac.uk

Login to your email account by using your network username and password.

By using the City of Bristol College student email you agree to be bound by the College Email/IT Facilities policy, procedure and guidelines.

If you can't log in to your student email account change your password. Please use our Password self service system.

If you require any further assistance, please contact the IT Helpdesk.

Please note:

• Your email account is restricted to 20mb. If you use all of the 20mb you will be unable to receive emails
• If you want to keep copies of messages that you send you must create a sent items folder
• You are only able to send a message to a maximum of 50 recipients.
