- Diversity
Our core values are underpinned by our mission to enable individuals and their communities to shape a better future through lifelong learning. Our values have been developed in consultation with staff, students and governors and inform the development of a college wide approach to systems, structures and interactions. Our values stress the importance of mutual respect and trust between the college community and support us to make the changes necessary to build on our excellence status.
Strategic aims
- Quality: achieve and celebrate outstanding success for our learners in an inclusive and safe environment
- Innovation: develop innovation and flexibility in teaching and learning, curriculum delivery and support systems to meet the different needs of our learners and customers
- Growth and diversification: expand provision to meet local priorities, community cohesion and develop new markets
- Efficiency: deliver efficiency savings to sustain financial stability while maintaining frontline services and provision
- Partnership: provide strategic leadership in partnerships to sustain prosperity and support communities in and around Bristol
Strategic objectives
Each year, we identify key priorities to help us achieve our three-year aims.
All staff had the chance to inform our development plan for 2010-13 by discussing this year’s priorities, and all staff can help us to achieve them.
