How to enrol for a part-time course
Select your course
You may wish to attend a College open event before you enrol - these are the perfect opportunity for you to visit the College and talk to tutors.
It's important to remember that although for many courses you do not need to have studied the subject before, for some, discussion with a tutor or adviser is necessary before enrolling.
Where relevant this requirement is indicated. Before you enrol make sure you have asked yourself the following questions:
- Do I have the necessary entry requirements?
- Do I have time for the homework?
- How much will the course cost?
- Are there any additional costs?
- Can I afford it?
- Will I need any help with study?
- What qualification will I get?
- What could I do next?
- Do I need an informal discussion / interview? If your course needs an interview, complete the enrolment form ticking the yes box at the top of the enrolment form and send without payment to any enrolment centre (see below).
If you are unsure about your answers to any of these questions, please phone or come in to talk to our Advice and Enrolment team advisers who can help you.

You can enrol in one of the following easy ways:

Please note
The College will offer you a place on an appropriate course based on your qualifications and previous experience. However, we reserve the right to refuse a place where the course is already full, or where it is felt that a student's previous experience indicates that the applicant would not benefit from a course, or that their behaviour might disrupt the work of other students, even after support arrangements have been made.
We may make searches both now and in the future with a credit reference agency, which will keep a record of that search and may share that information with other businesses. We may also make enquiries about the principal directors with a credit reference agency.
Refunds
It is College policy to make refunds only in certain circumstances:
- When you withdraw from your course before the first meeting date, we will refund you once we have confirmed that payment has actually been made. In such cases an administration fee of £30 will be charged and deducted from your refund
- When the College cancels the course we will refund you once we have confirmed that payment has actually been made
- If, as a result of a complaint, the College is found, after investigation, to be in default of its obligations, a full refund or partial refund may be arranged. This will happen once payment details have been confirmed
- Where a change occurs in year and a grant for fees may be claimed on behalf of a student, and the fees have already been paid
