Garden Design

Qualification:C&G Certificate in Creative Techniques
Mode of Learning:Part-time
Level:Intermediate

You will develop the skills & knowledge in planning & designing a garden. Topics include: planting styles, plant & soil science, identification & use of plants, introduction to drawing and graphics.


Students will be assessed by submitting several different garden design projects.


Students can progress onto the RHS Certificate in Horticulture Level 2 or BTEC 1st
Diploma in Horticulture Level 2.
Possible employment opportunities include working in garden centres, landscape
contracting or as a self-employed garden designer.


Students will need to attend an interview before enrolling.
