A Levels

Discover... the right subjects to suit your aspirations

We offer a huge range of A Level options.

Our students combine the study of Law with Psychology, Media and History, for example whilst others choose to focus on a science pathway by taking A Levels in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Biology.

Studying A Level subjects gives you the opportunity to keep your options open whilst considering your future career. With our range of A Levels, you can also combine subjects that you may not already have had the chance to study at school.

Our teachers are A Level specialists in their subject areas, helping to broaden students' understanding by organising exciting extra-curricular opportunities. Drama students get regular theatre visits, while Law students benefit from law court tours.

In the academic year 2014-15, 90% of our second year A Level students have applied through UCAS to study at university or take university level courses at the City of Bristol College.

Studying with us means that you study right in the heart of Bristol, at our College Green Centre. Our strong links with local universities means that you also benefit from a range of subject master classes delivered by the University of Bristol and the University of the West of England.

Deciding your future

We know that deciding the right future for you - whether higher education, vocational learning or going into  work - can be a daunting task.

We support all our students whilst they make these crucial decisions. You will have your own dedicated, experienced tutor on hand to help you take your next steps; either by guiding you through the university application process, or helping you think creatively about the different industries you could enter.

Our goal is to help you achieve your true potential, whatever you decide to do.

Progression potential

You could become… whatever you want to be! Our former students have gone on to careers in Accountancy, Banking, Dentistry, Design, Education, Engineering, Filmmaking, Government Relations, Information Technology, Journalism, Law, Marine Biology, Medicine, Photography, Politics, Psychology, Retail Management – the opportunities are endless.
