Successful customer service people often go far in their career. This Advanced Apprenticeship will allow them to learn how to work within their team to improve and deliver the best. This Advanced Apprenticeship will allow them to learn how to work within their team to improve and deliver the best customer service possible. If they enjoy providing good customer service and working with others, and want to develop their career, this is the qualification for them.  

Entry Requirements

Ideally GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths.You will need a job which provides you with a minimum of 30 hours of work per week and paying a minimum of £2.73 per hour (£3.30 by 1st October 2015).

What will I do on this course?

You will be completing a Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service, as well as Functional Skills if applicable Units that are available are:

  • Demonstrate understanding of customer service
  • Champion customer service
  • Organise the delivery of reliable customer service
  • Monitor and solve customer service problems
  • Implement quality improvements to customer service

This qualification is suitable for anyone working in a Customer Service position, who are working on complex tasks with some degree of decision-making within their job role.
