About the course
The CIPD Level 5 Intermediate qualification courses will help develop knowledge and understanding of different HR models and practices, and the external factors that impact on organisations, whilst also developing your ability in management planning, analytical and problem solving skills and to evaluate the effectiveness of Human Resource practices.
Applicants will have 2+ years experience working within a HR or L&D environment, with responsibility for implementing policies and procedures. You will also need a good standard of spoken and written English. A L3 CIPD Certificate in Human Resources Practice is desirable.
