Preparing and cooking food
Serving food and drink
Develop customer service
Contribute to running an event
Developing a Personal Progression Plan
You will develop your Employability Skills & complete a BTEC Personal & Social development qualification.
You will undertake Volunteering or Work experience.
You will take an English & Maths Functional Skills qualification at the right level for you.
If you achieve a grade 3 for GCSE English or Maths at school you will undertake a resit in these subjects.
Who is it for?
If you’re a school leaver and interested in the Catering & Hospitality sector, this course is an ideal stepping stone towards achieving your ambition.

The course is free to anyone between the age of 16-18.
You will need a suitable uniform.
