This course is aimed at anyone working in a catering, manufacturing, community organisations, mobile food caterers, or retail settings where food is prepared, cooked and handled. Our trainers are passionate about anything to do with food and food safety and are able to adapt courses to make food safety training relevant, informative and enjoyable. All of our courses are available at college centres across Bristol or at your place of work (provided the environment is suitable).
