Contact Centres are a vital element of the service industry and the staff who work in them are essential element of an organisation. This Apprenticeship will ensure that a Contact Centre Advisor gives the best possible service to their customers and will ensure that your customers will receive an excellent level of service.
Apprentices must be employed and working in a Contact Centre environment. A job providing you with a minimum of 30 hours of work per week and paying a minimum of £3.30 per hour.
