Apprenticeships - a way for employers to stand out
John Chudley, Regional Director for the National Apprenticeship Serivce, said:
"These results prove that there are definite business advantages for companies in the South West to take on Apprentices as part of their workforce. In the current economic climate, businesses want to stand out from the crowd and offering Apprenticeships is one way of doing this."
Employers badge
A new scheme has been launched in response to this research. The Apprenticeship employers badge can be displayed by businesses on their websites to highlight their commitment to Apprenticeships. In return, their logos will be displayed on the Apprenticeship website.
