Recruit an Electrical Installation Apprentice

We have recently interviewed and referenced three young people who would like to be considered for an Electrical Installation Apprenticeship:

Bath

Ryan is a young man who is extremely practical by nature, pragmatic in his approach to his studies citing maths as his favourite subject whilst at school. Predicted grades A-C in ten GCSE's including Maths, English and Resistant Materials.


Work / Project Experience

Ryan enjoyed designing and building a set of lights as part of a school project, a hands-on team worker.

North West Bristol

Mitchell has just completed 10 GCSE's, all with anticipated grades B-C inclusive of Maths, English and Science. He says Design Technology was his favourite subject at school and enjoyed the practical application of the theory taught.


Work / Project Experience

Mitchell spent his work experience with RPC Electrical Contracting assisting with cable pulling, re-wiring a house and a new office block.

Sam is currently awaiting the results of eight GCSEs all with predicted grades C and above. Excelling in Resistant Materials, he revieved an A* for his course work. Sam enjoyed working on this project from inception to completion, conducting research, designing, documenting and building.


Work / Project Experience

Sam completed his work experience with B&D Carter working as part of a coordinated team that met daily to discuss job allocation. Sam was described as a hard worker.
