For an agreed fee we can provide you with an apprentice who will work for you full time but will be employed by us.

The hosting model is through our award-winning Apprenticeship Training Agency. The model is designed around improving the apprenticeship experience for both you and the learner through dedicated support and guidance for both parties.

The Apprentice Mentor focuses on the apprentices’ personal and professional development, progression and impact they are making within their workplace. Throughout the programme, our Review Framework and Learner Support encourages apprentices to look for ways to implement their new skills, measures progress and documents apprentice business impact; allowing our host employers to see the real benefit of the apprenticeship.
