Why leadership and management matters

City of Bristol College is proud to work in partnership with the region’s employers, ensuring that our business community continues to grow.

In a recent CIPD survey, 81% of Training Managers highlighted the development of leadership and management as the most important skills to embed in UK organisations to meet business objectives during the recession.

The College can help you to source funding available to offset the costs of management training.
