In-company business development programmes
As well as our open programmes, we can work with you and deliver courses at a time and place to suit you, either for your own company, or if you don't have enough people for a course, with a group of companies.
We go the extra mile to ensure our courses meet your needs, by detailed discussion, work-shadowing and planning.
Management development
We offer programmes that are delivered in-company for groups of up to fifteen learners. Content will be tailored to your organisation’s processes. Industry experienced trainers deliver on these programmes, and will familiarise themselves with your organisation and its needs prior to delivery.

Praise for First Line Manager Award
"I found the whole process of attending the training and doing the assignment challenging, useful and thoroughly enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who is a manager, and would urge them to attend as soon as they can. This course gave me the determination to continue with my own progression and improve in my role. And if I improve, my team in turn will also improve."
Julie, UHBT
“The course has proved extremely successful. Training staff and developing their skills to manage their teams makes us a better and stronger organisation. I have already seen the benefits from more confident and able managers.”
David Whitehead, Managing Director of Stage Electrics
