Course overview

Under the 1999 Management of Health and Safety regulations, it is compulsory to appoint a ‘competent person’ to act as the Health and Safety advisor within the organisation. With construction workers remaining the most vulnerable to major injury at work along with the high level of risk to those who need to maintain and alter buildings and structures, the NEBOSH Construction Certificate offers a sound benchmark level for all duty holders. This award demonstrates a commitment to health and safety and ensures competence in protecting staff and clients.

It is for those who would like to further their career in this area and who need to gain the range of skills necessary for this important role in any business or organisation. It would suit: safety officers, managers, supervisors and CDM co-ordinators within the construction industry.

The full certificate consists of three units which can be taken individually and priced per unit. A full certificate taken at the time will receive a discount.
