NEBOSH National Diploma
Course overview
Working in occupational health and safety is a challenging role in today’s complex working environments. This is a prestigious and demanding qualification for those who would like to progress their career in this area. City of Bristol College is an approved centre for delivery of this globally recognised health and safety qualification.

It is for those who would like to further their career in this area and who need to gain the range of skills necessary for this important role in any business or organisation.
Content
The course comprises of four units:
- Unit A: Managing Health and Safety
- Unit B: Hazardous Agents in the Workplace
- Unit C: Workplace and Work Equipment Safety
- Unit D: Application of Health and Safety Theory and Practice (assignment)
Duration
One year.
Unit A: One day per week for 17 weeks
Unit B: One day per week for 11 weeks
Unit C: One day per week for 11 weeks
