What are Foundation Degrees?
Foundation degrees are innovative and practical university level qualifications developed with the workplace in mind. They combine the best in higher education and vocational workplace training.
Created in partnership with employers, foundation degrees are highly effective, equipping staff with the skills needed to succeed in the workplace.

How many foundation degrees are available?
We offer a range of foundation degree programmes across all sectors from Aerospace Engineering and Graphic Design to Youth Work and Business & Law.
New programmes are continually being developed to meet industry and business needs.
Bitesize courses
Bitesize courses are flexible, self-contained modules in our foundation degrees. Employees can study (and pay for) these modules one by one.
Candidates can use the module as a stand-alone training course or gain credits towards - and get a taste of - the full nationally-recognised Foundation Degree.
Bitesize modules are cost-effective at £300 each; are delivered online, at work or in College; and typically take 5-15 weeks to complete.
