Matt has had a long association with the South West, spending four years as a sous chef at the Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath, with further stints at Charlton House in Somerset and the Bristol Hotel. Matt's approach is based on sourcing top ingredients, and he'll be sharing his love of South West produce with our catering students.
