Money issues
How to pay
All students must have paid in full by enrolment. Until the fees are paid in full, you cannot be admitted into the College. You can pay by credit/debit card (we accept Switch, Delta, Visa, Mastercard and Solo) or by bank transfer. Please ensure that your name, address and student ID number appears clearly on your bank transfer. The College will not be responsible for any monies paid to an accredited agent. It is not possible to pay in instalments.
Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment for tuition fees.
Refunds
The College will retain a non-refundable administration fee of £150 in all instances.
Refund decisions are taken at the discretion of the College. Consideration will be given to cases where students withdraw in exceptional circumstances. Any application for a refund must be made by the student concerned via the refund request form.
Should your visa application be refused, the College requires a copy of the visa refusal document from the UKBA and a completed refund form in order for a refund application to be processed.
If for any reason a refund is given, money will only be refunded to the bank account that the payment originally came from.
A refund will not be given if:
- You fail to provide a copy of the UKBA visa refusal document and a completed refund form within 14 days of the visa being refused
- A visa is refused by the UKBA on the grounds of a fraudulent application (fake certificates or documentation)
- A visa is refused by the UKBA and the visa was applied for less than 28 days before the latest course start date
