| Interviews will take place at one of our College centres and will be conducted by a panel of interviewers. Candidates may be required to undertake an assessment/ presentation or microteach. Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and qualifications are required at this stage |
| Within a short period of time, interviewees will be contacted and advised whether they have been successful. If unsuccessful, the opportunity for feedback will be offered |
| Satisfactory references will be required prior to a formal offer being made |
| An enhanced CRB check will be required for the successful applicant |
| An offer letter and contract will be sent and must be returned prior to commencing employment |
| The successful applicant will start employment on agreed date. Induction training will be agreed with line manager |
