About the College

Welcome to the City of Bristol College. The College is a great place to start or continue your career in teaching, assessing or professional support services.  We are one of the city’s largest employers with over 900 staff based at four centres across Bristol. We offer a wide range of courses at different levels and our staff are committed to ensuring all our students achieve their full potential and receive a great learning experience.

College Centres

City of Bristol College has four main centres across the city. College Green situated right in the heart of the city near the harbourside, Ashley Down, AEC at Parkway and our South Bristol Skills Academy (SBSA) located in Hengrove. Each centre is very different in size, facilities, student population but one thing they all have in common are our outstanding and supportive staff. We have state of the art facilities and technology at each of our centres offering students the best learning experience. This includes an on-site aircraft at our Parkway centre, professional hair salons at Ashley Down and SBSA and forensic crime scene room at College Green.

Study Centres

All staff are entitled to use the range of facilities available at our study centres, including borrowing books, laptops and use of the break-out areas.
