If you can't log in to Blackboard, Student email and other college systems, you can change your password with our password self-service.

Netstorage enables college staff and students' to access their files and folders off College site via a web browser. Click on the link below to access Netstorage. Answer "Yes" to the popup security certificate window, then login using your normal college username and password.

If you can't log in to Blackboard, GroupWise Web Access, Netstorage and Staff Intranet you can change your password. If you need further assistance using any college system please log a job using IT Helpdesk Online.

Staff Intranet
The City of Bristol College Staff Intranet can be accessed off college site. The Staff Intranet is only available for College staff.
