Then a career in customer service could be just right for you.
You will be expected to build relationships with your customers and ensure that their experience of the company meets all their expectations. Customer service staff often have to deal with complaints so you need to be patient and understanding.

The course includes at least three hours of IT training a week.
How long is the course?
Apprenticeship (Level 2) 12-15 months. Advanced Apprenticeship 24-26 months.
How will I know how I am doing?
The NVQ will be assessed using a variety of methods including observations in your workplace, taped interviews, personal statements and witness testimonies. Key Skills and technical IT qualifications will be assessed externally.
How will this help me in the future?
Successful completion will enhance your job opportunities in the future and help you to progress onto higher level courses, in particular the Advanced Apprenticeship. This will then provide excellent grounding for the Foundation Degree in Administration and Business Technology.
