Connexions is a youth support service set up by government. At City of Bristol College we have our own Connexions team of advisers who work with our 13-19 year olds to provide careers advice, guidance and support.

 

 

How can Connexions help you?

Connexions offers:

  • Career interviews
  • Drop-in advice sessions
  • Career information and guidance
  • Personal development services
  • Support with overcoming personal barriers to course completion.

Connexions' Personal Advisers will:

  • Be easy to talk with
  • Listen to your needs
  • Offer open, friendly and reliable support
  • Not judge you
  • Explain how rules, regulations and the law can affect your choices
  • Offer you info, advice and support on housing, drugs, money and other personal issues
  • Help you develop your personal skills.
