Mediation service

The mediation service helps you find an alternative and informal way of resolving conflict within the College, whether between students, or between a member of staff and a student.

What is involved?

You will be guided through the process of finding your own resolution to the problem by trained mediators. Anything discussed with the mediators is confidential and will not be passed on to other individuals.
