Deaf and Hearing Support

Support available

The Deaf and Hearing support service offer support to people with a wide range of hearing loss who use a variety of communication methods. We are an experienced Service and have expertise in supporting British Sign Language (BSL) users and those with a mild hearing loss who lip-read. We offer support that suits your needs.

Support can range from having a full-time British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter in class with you to having Deaf awareness information given to your tutor and classmates before you start your course. Experienced support staff will work with you to work out what’s best for you.

City of Bristol College has been working with DisabledGo to provide detailed access guides for the College's buildings and facilities.
