Julia Gray
Principal and Chief Executive Officer
Julia has worked in the Further Education Sector for over 20 years. She started her career in teaching after graduating with a degree in Equine Sports Science in Lincolnshire and she has since taught in a variety of settings and levels. She has managed all types of post-16 provision and has designed different levels of curricula and qualifications with both FE awarding organisations and Universities.
Julia is passionate about high-quality education that meets the needs of the communities it serves and joined City of Bristol College in January 2023 with a determination to deliver excellence. Julia was part of the Senior Leadership Team and latterly the Interim Principal and CEO at a Further Education College in the North of England prior to taking up this role.
