The Business Partnerships Team at City of Bristol College works hand-in-hand with hundreds of employers across Bristol and the South West.
We’re here to understand your business, identify skills gaps and recommend the right training solutions to help your organisation and your people thrive.
We work closely with industry experts across all sectors to better understand the real world challenges that businesses face, and to make sure that our training is practical, up to date and fit for purpose.
As your main point of contact, our team will guide you through everything from apprenticeships and Skills Bootcamps (via Partners in Bristol) to bespoke professional courses; helping you to access the talent and training that you need to keep that edge.

Skills Bootcamps
Skills Bootcamps are intensive, high quality training programmes designed around real industry needs, with practical, actionable outcomes. All Skills Bootcamps are designed in collaboration with employers to fit their specific needs, and are focussed on closing the skills gaps within their organisation, and equipping employees with the skills for progression.
We also offer full-cost training courses for employers who want to enhance their team’s skills. From leadership and management to technical and professional development, we can help you to create a training plan that supports both your business goals and workforce growth.

The Business Partnerships Team also runs sector forums across key industries including Motor Vehicle, Construction, Engineering, Teaching, Accounting and an expansive range of Business and Professional Services.

Partners in Bristol
Partners in Bristol, a subsidiary of City of Bristol College, works with employers across Bristol and Gloucester to deliver high-quality, industry-led training.
They specialise in delivering Skills Bootcamps; intensive training programmes lasting up to 16 weeks, which are tailored to meet the specific needs of individual businesses.
These programmes offer an incredible opportunity for both employers and learners to grow, helping to fill sector-specific skills gaps and meet workforce demands head-on.
