About our health and social care apprenticeships

With an apprenticeship you start working for an employer from day one. You’ll earn a wage while developing specialist health and social care skills.

We support health and social care apprenticeships in the following areas:

  • Early Years Educator (childcare)
  • Health and Social Care
  • Teaching Assistant

To study an apprenticeship with City of Bristol College, you’ll need to find employment as an apprentice.

Why study a health and social care apprenticeship?

Many of our apprentices study at college towards a recognised qualification. This means you will get a great mix of theoretical and on-the-job training.

You’ll get paid a wage and have paid holidays.

As long as you are 16 or over, have lived in the EU for three years, you are eligible to apply.
