Information you need
To keep our community safe:
- All students and staff should take a lateral flow test before they come into College. If you do not have tests at home, we advise that you collect a test kit from reception, take a test and wait for the result before you proceed to busy areas of the College. If the result is positive, you must go home.
- Students should continue to test twice weekly at home.
- Report your absence if you are not going to be in College as scheduled for any of your lessons.
- Follow the Government guidance on symptoms, testing and self-isolation. You can read this at www.gov.uk/coronavirus
COVID-19 testing
Regular asymptomatic testing is no longer recommended in any education or childcare setting, including in SEND. Therefore, we will no longer be able to provide test kits.
Virtual learning and wellbeing support
We understand that this is a difficult time for many of you. There is a range of academic and wellbeing support available which you may find helpful, including information on funding support.
You can find a list of useful virtual learning tools on our students page. We have created a guide on using Microsoft Teams to access online classes.
Our dedicated Catch-Up Coordinators are also available for one-to-one support if you feel you are behind with your studies.
