Who is this course for?

You will be a professional who is working in Human Resources (HR). You may deliver front line support to managers and employees, or could be an HR Manager in a small organisation.

Your work is likely to include handling day-to-day queries and providing HR advice. You will have experience working on a range of HR processes. You should already understand a wide range of HR issues.

What you'll learn

You will continue to work within sector while gaining further knowledge and skills within your Human Resource support role

You may also be required to work towards Level 2 English and Maths functional skills.

How is the course delivered and assessed?

  • You will work with your college mentor and employer to gain the knowledge and skills ready for an End-Point Assessment 
  • You will use the knowledge and skills from your college delivery and workplace training to demonstrate to your End-Point Assessor how the skills and knowledge are put into practice in the workplace
  • You will also need to complete off-the-job training

Future career and study opportunities

This course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to enable in your Human resources role in the workplace and confidently.

You will also be able to progress onto a Level 5 Human Resources apprenticeship.
