Who is this course for?

This course is suitable for complete beginners or for anyone with previous experience who would like to extend their knowledge about the principles of interior design.

What you'll learn

During this course, you will study the development of the house plan, structure and interior styles of 18th and 19th-century houses, 20th-century modernism and learning how to design and present a complete room scheme. You will learn to work to a client brief and produce a scale plan and layout as well as resource finishes and fittings.

This course has no entry requirements. 

How is the course delivered and assessed?

You will be asked to produce practical work and build a portfolio around a professional scenario within the context of the subject.
