Learn about the health benefits of getting creative with this evening course.
You will have an opportunity to try out creative techniques and consider how these may be applied in other contexts. This includes drama games, art-making, movement, music and experiential approaches.
Who is it for?
This course would be good for health practitioners, teachers and LSAs, youth workers and anybody interested in exploring the health benefits of a creative approach.
What you'll learn

- Safe working practice
- How to set up an arts and health project and make it work
No specific entry requirements – and you do not need to believe you are creative!

This is an experiential course and is not assessed.
