Maths and Digital Skills for Everyday Life – Multiply Maths Programme City of Bristol CollegeThis course is designed for adults who are interested in improving their Maths and digital skills. This course will be taught by a specialist lecturer who has a vast amount of experience teaching adults and encouraging more confidence in everyday life skills such as using a mobile phone, using Maths to budget, planning journeys on computers, shopping safely online and much more!
This is a 10-week course on Monday afternoons from 3-5pm at the College Green Centre. This course will be delivered at Entry Level and is only suitable to those who have not achieved Entry Level 3 or above in any Maths qualification.
It is suitable to those who are either native or non-native English speakers as well. Any applicant must attend an initial assessment to ensure this is a suitable course. We look forward to welcoming you!

Who is this course for?
Any adult 19+ who does not have a previous Maths qualification at Entry Level 3 or above.
What you'll learn
This course will be taught by a specialist lecturer who has a vast amount of experience teaching adults and encouraging more confidence in everyday life skills such as using a mobile phone, using Maths to budget, planning journeys on computers, shopping safely online, and much more!
You will learn about these topics all while practising your Maths skills and applying them to your daily life.
Course entry requirements
Applicants must be 19+ and not have a previous Maths qualification at Entry Level 3 or above.
Applicants must commit to attending the full 10-week course.
How is the course delivered and assessed?
This course is delivered in-person at the College Green Centre.
There is no formal assessment at the end of this course, but if you attend all of the sessions, you will achieve your goals in this class!

After you complete this course, you can move on to a higher level maths or digital skills course.
You may also gain employment, volunteer opportunities or alternative progression.
Additional costs
There are no costs for this course as it is funded by the local authority if you meet the entry requirements and attend the sessions.
