Who is this course for?
Equivalent to three A Levels, the BTEC Extended Diploma in Applied Science (Medical Science) offers a more vocational approach to learning science.
Rather than studying science purely from an academic perspective, students explore the real-world applications of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics through practical and hands-on learning experiences.
The course is ideal for students who enjoy practical investigation and want to develop their scientific understanding through applied learning.
