Our gourmet dinners are special events where our Catering and Hospitality students are joined by an exciting guest chef and are supervised to cook a 5-course meal.

5 December 2024 – Chef Srikanth from Nadu
19 December 2024 – Chef Brinda from Mauritian Delights
16 January 2025 – Alex Hayes and Leon Hughes from The Mexican Kitchen
30 January 2025 – Chef Andy Chan (To be confirmed)
13 February 2025 – Chef Matt Lord
27 February 2025 – Chef Andy & Chef Jamaar
