FAQs
I haven’t received a link to start my enrolment?
A: The email with the link is only sent to those who have accepted their offer of a place on a course. If you’ve received an email confirming that you have a place on a course, you can accept the offer on this page https://www.cityofbristol.ac.uk/student-life/applicant-information/. Please do not use a friend’s link to begin enrolment, as this will not contain your personal details that you have already provided.
What if I haven’t decided which course to choose yet?
At this stage we are only asking you to confirm your personal details and upload a photo. We’ll ask you to choose your course once you have received your GCSE results.
I can’t remember my password.

The email address used is detailed in the email you received inviting you to begin online enrolment.
How do I go back in to complete the form once I’ve reset my password?
You can follow this link to log in using your email and password.
What can I use to confirm my identity?
Documents you could use to confirm your identity include
- Passport
- Birth certificate
- Driving licence (full or provisional)
- National Insurance card
- Bank account
- Child tax or working tax credit letter of your parent/carer
- Letter from doctors/hospital confirming an appointment
This evidence is to ensure we have your full legal name.
I can’t upload a photo?
Please make sure your photo is less than 5MB. If you’re using your phone, you should be able to access the details for the photo and check the size.
The link has taken me to WorldPay to pay for fees?
If you are a school leaver or under 18 there are no fees to pay. If you submit the form and are redirected to the Worldpay website, you can ignore this step. The College will still process the information you have provided and will be in contact with you shortly regarding what to expect next.
I’ve submitted my form, what happens next?
The College will be in touch regarding the next stage of the enrolment. For those who are waiting for their GCSE results, you will be sent another link as soon as possible after results are released to finalise your enrolment.
What if I have accepted an offer elsewhere and want to decline my place?
We’re sorry to hear that you won’t be joining us in September. Please send an email to Admissions.Team@cityofbristol.ac.uk to let them know. Remember, if you change your mind we’re here, and can re-activate your application for enrolment.
