Safeguarding and Welfare Advisor

Location: Location: Parkway (BS34) or Ashley Down (BS7) Salary:  £26,885 - £29,379 per annum (52 week – all year round) or £23,574.65 - £25,761.56 per annum (38 week – term time only) Closing Date: 28th July 2024

Contract: Permanent, Full Time – Term time only (38 weeks) and All year round (52 weeks) options available

What you will be doing:

We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Safeguarding and Welfare Advisor to join our team. 

You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excelling working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally.

You will ensure that all safeguarding concerns are recorded in a prompt and accurate manor in accordance with the appropriate response. Whilst utilising and maintaining cross college relationships to provide the best quality support for all our students.

You will also help to develop our student’s confidence and knowledge to help them independently engage with our relevant support services.
