We have an exciting new opportunity for a methodical Quality Officer within the apprentice provision.  This role will require an individual who has an eye for detail and who will be robust in collecting quality information to ensure the effectiveness and integrity of the training programs.

About the role:

The expectation for the Quality Officer role within the apprenticeship provision plays a vital role in ensuring the excellence and consistency of the training programs. The Quality Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing robust quality assurance processes that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

This includes conducting regular audits, evaluations, and inspections to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement. The Quality Officer meticulously collects and analyse data to ensure that apprentices receive high-quality training and support. They work closely with trainers, assessors, and employers to maintain a cohesive and effective apprenticeship framework.  The Quality officer will work closely with the Head of Apprenticeships, providing feedback and data to form a comprehensive understanding of both improvements and excellence.
