Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 37 hours- Part time hours will be considered and also a job share. We would also consider a term time only contract.

Locations: South Bristol Skills Academy, College Green, Advanced Engineering Centre or, Ashley Down. There will be no travel between sites.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Student Services Assistant to be based at either our College Green Centre in the centre of Bristol.

About the role:

You will work as part of our Hub team delivering customer services and advice and guidance to prospective and current students.  Services are delivered, whether in person, by telephone or electronically, ensuring that learners are provided with appropriate information to access learning opportunities. You will efficiently deliver key Hub Services, to create an environment where high standards of customer service are cultivated and celebrated. You will also be responsible for supporting the promotion of the Hub as a one stop shop for student support.

You must have a good level of general education to GCSE or above, and must have excellent administrative and customer service skills. You will be a confident user of IT and use this to efficiently deliver services and access information. Ideally you will also have a recognised qualification in Advice and Guidance or equivalent but full training will be provided and we are interested in hearing from all potential candidates.
