About the role:

You will work with a caseload of adult learners who are working towards English, maths and other qualifications, have requested support with their learning, and/or have disclosed a learning difficulty/disability at enrolment.   You may join some remote classes, but also offer one to one or small group support via Teams or face to face when college is open. You’ll also be working with a number of apprentices to provide them with support to revise for unit tests, complete written assignments and with their English and maths, if required. 

This role is perfect for you if you have experience of coaching and engaging with students in an educational setting, and if you have previously delivered a range of health, wellbeing and study skills to groups of students. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with Colleagues, Students and Stakeholders both internally and externally.
