Lecturer in Carpentry
Are you skilled in Carpentry and have a keen interest in sharing your expertise with others? If so, we have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Carpentry Lecturer to join our Construction department.
To be a successful candidate for the role, it is a requirement that you possess a teaching qualification (or preparedness to achieve one during the first two years’ service), an NVQ Level 2 in Site Carpentry, and an NVQ Level 3 in Site Carpentry (or preparedness to achieve one during the first two years’ service).
Learning Assistants (Various Positions)
We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Learning Assistants to join our team. We have several Learning Assistant positions available across all of our college campuses, with part-time and full-time roles available (up to 37 hours per week).
Successful candidates will be committed to and passionate about delivering an effective, high quality additional learning support service. Knowledge of Additional Support services, including Education, Health and Care plans is positively received, although a commitment to personal and professional learning is most important, so do apply if you are yet to learn about this fully. You will join a committed team, who work closely with students and other college staff, to reduce barriers to learning and increase opportunities towards improved outcomes.
Animal Care Technician
We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Animal Care Technician to work with young people and adults in the Animal Centre at the South Bristol Skills Academy who are studying an animal care qualification.
This Maternity cover role will include working one day every weekend and four days during the week and will commence February 2025
