The Government has launched the #ShareYourSkills campaign to attract skilled industry professionals into teaching in further education settings.
The aim of the push is to debunk the common misconception that a degree or teacher training is needed to become a further education teacher, and to highlight that instead it is more important that people bring technical skills and real-world experience to teach and inspire the next generation.
