We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Student Services Assistant to be based at our Parkway/Advanced Engineering Centre (BS34).

You will work as part of our reception team delivering customer services and guidance to prospective and current students. Services are delivered, whether in person, by telephone or electronically, ensuring that learners are provided with appropriate information to access learning opportunities. You will efficiently deliver key Reception Services, to create an environment where high standards of customer service are cultivated and celebrated.

This role is available on a permanent flexible basis throughout the year.  It is a casual zero hours basis role with hours which are offered throughout the year dependant on the volume of exams.  We welcome applications from those who are seeking occasional work with periods of the year having a greater demand than others.
