Business English is a 10-week course that meets one day a week for 3 hours.

The course focuses on studying English language reading, writing, speaking and listening skills about specific business topics.

It is taught by an ESOL lecturer who will teach sessions on subjects such as:

  • Basic vocabulary and phrases for the business industry
  • How to make a logo
  • Discussing what it means to be an entrepreneur and the skills and qualities needed for that role
  • Preparing for interviews
  • Basic marketing strategies

The class is best suited to individuals whose first language is not English and who want to boost their level of English.

Due to the nature of the course, you must be working at Entry 2 or above in your English skills to enrol. If you don't know your English level, you can still enquire and will be given an assessment date.
